How to take DouseZen.
SUGGESTED USE
2 capsules a day.
Take 1 capsule twice a day — 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, with an 8 oz glass of water. That is 2 capsules a day, so one bottle of 60 lasts 30 days.
Consult your healthcare professional before use, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use by children under 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
