BioPerine®
5 mg per capsule of Piper nigrum, standardized to 95% piperine.
Other ingredients
Vegetable capsule (hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.

Suggested use
Take 1 capsule twice daily. For best results, take 20–30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water, as directed on the label.
