Orders and payment

Orders placed on this Site are processed by BuyGoods, an independent order processor and merchant of record. When you select a pack and continue to checkout, you leave this Site and complete your purchase with BuyGoods, whose own terms apply to that transaction.

Prices are those shown on the product page at the time you place your order. Every order is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription, no auto-ship, and nothing that renews on its own. Orders ship from within the United States, and you receive a tracking email when your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Refunds and guarantee

CalmZen carries a 180-day money-back guarantee. To use it, contact our support team by phone at +1 (719) 508-6338 or by email at support@empzen.com within 180 days of the purchase date, with your order number, and tell us you would like a refund. We refund the purchase price of that order and confirm the refund by email.

MoveZen and DouseZen are not open for ordering on this Site. Their guarantee terms will be published here when ordering opens.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Empzen name and wordmark, is the property of Empzen LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
